Who is this course suited to: Individuals with no previous food handling experience, Food handlers (chef, kitchen porters, delivery, deli staff) from all sectors of the food industry – Catering, Production, Manufacturing, Creche, Start up’s, Back to work schemes
Course duration: 1 day
Cost: €130 pp (or group of 10 (max 15) discount available)
A light lunch, tea/ coffee included – Please advise us of any special dietary requirements e.g. Allergies
Location: Oriel Hub, Finnabair Industrial Estate, Dundalk.
Certification: The course is certified by SMC Food Safety Management Consultants on successful completion of a short test paper – Activity sheets and short videos may be used to support training.
