  • All site inspections are followed up with a documented report detailing findings & recommended corrective actions.
  • A scoring system can be applied  to verify procedure compliance between sites and trend analysis.
  • The monitoring systems and record keeping will also be reviewed to ensure you are doing what you say you are.
