Principal Consultant and Trainer

Sunnibha is the owner of SMC Food Safety Consultants and has over 15 years experience within the Irish food industry having been registered as a trainer with the Environmental Health Association of Ireland since 2001, and  both a registered trainer and centre with The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health since 2010 (now an associated member).

She is a highly qualified trainer and auditor, believing in continuing personal development,   recently having completed the IRCA certified 5 day Lead Auditor IS22000: Food Safety Management Systems Training Course which has significantly broadened the scope of services now offered by SMC which allows our customers to benefit from a “One Stop Shop” for all their food safety compliance needs.

SMC Food Safety consultants, have been providing both accredited and tailored training courses throughout Ireland to all sectors of the food industry from catering to processing and manufacturing. On site hygiene inspections, food safety system audits (HACCP, IS :22oo0,IS 340&341)  pre-audit checks, product analysis and consultancy are some of the services many businesses are currently availing of.

Louise Eccles

Louise Eccles – Office administration

Louise has been part of SMC Food Safety Consultants since 2015 and is responsible for all things admin. Her main role is following up on client requests, providing quotations, taking bookings & organizing training. Louise schedules &  arranges all the food analysis collections as well as scheduling site audits and inspections. Her background in HR and customer service means for her the customer always come first and that’s you!
